Latest Thriftbooks Haul and Other Bookish Thoughts/Things!

Hey guys, so of course as you guys know, I have been using the site Thriftbooks with a 10 dollar budget three times a week to help me stay sane during these hard times. And, I am happy to report, that reading really does help me with this and I’m staying saner than I would be if I wasn’t such a bookish person. So, what was in my latest Thriftbook Haul? These!

  • V.B. Rose Book 1
  • Hot Gimmick Vol. 1 Omnibus
  • Let’s Dance a Waltz Book 1
  • Tokyo Mew Mew Omnibus Vol. 1
  • Tokyo Mew Mew Omnibus Vol. 2
  • Tokyo Mew Mew Omnibus Vol. 3
  • Stephan’s Web: A Pearl’s Before Swine Comic Treasury
  • The Soprato’s: A Pearl’s Before Swine Comic Treasury

Whew, that was a great haul. I look forward to reviewing each and every one of them for you guys at some point in upcoming posts. In other bookish news, I received some belated birthday hauls from family members and they’ll be shown below!

Some great birthday gifts! My family’s awesome. They really know stuff I love, which currently is all things bookish and all things to do with baby Yoda and the show The Mandalorian. (Second Season’s almost upon us!!!) Another piece of bookish news is this collage I put together of all the books I read in September.

So, that’s all of the news so far. I think with some of the comic book treasuries and astrology books, I’m going to group them together in a couple of group posts instead of reviewing each one individually. (I don’t wanna like crowd your timelines on here too much. Haha) The first group to be reviewed is the three astrology books I read in September that include: Disneystrology, Colorstrology, and Shoestrology. They’re currently my top fav kinda novelty astrology books. So they’ll get their own review post together. A small update on my reading the book The Meg, I am struggling a bit to get through the last part of the book. It’s not nearly as interesting as the first half, but when I do, you’ll get a review post on that as well. So, with that said, get ready, get hyped and as always, happy reading.-Caroline
